PRICE
a) The prices will depend on world market price as adjusted
from time to time, taking into account shipping agreements between both parties.
b) Freight On Board (FOB)
c) Cost Insurance Freight (CIF)
PAYMENT METHODS:
1) Payment can be made by Letter of Credit (L/C) as follows:-
A confirmed, irrevocable, divisible and transferable
letter of credit to be opened in the favour of the suppliers in Africa. The buyers shall suggest any transit agent or a mutually appointed arbitrary person (General super Intendance Company) (G.S.C) or (SGS) for quality, quantity control and other aspects of traded products at the moment of acceptance /sales.
PORT OF SHIPMENT: ABIDJAN AND DOUALA - F.O.B.
- Buyer shall choose any port in his own country.
- Buyer shall choose his shipping agent.
2) Any other method arranged with our buyers and suppliers in Africa.
